” I have been going to Rosie for personal training and classes off and on since 2005. I love taking classes with her; she is always fun and upbeat. Don’t get me wrong, she will make you sweat and push yourself to the limit, but in a fun way so you’re not watching the clock for the whole 60 minutes. I get bored running on the treadmill; her classes give me variety and make me work a little harder than I would if I was by myself. The best part is that I get to meet new people.

I took her Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle class last year when I was at my highest weight ever. She taught me the right way to eat and to keep track of my protein and carb intake. I am finally putting it all together! My last evaluation with Rosie was in August of 2008, since then I have lost 14.6 lbs, 13.75 inches and 5% body fat. I feel great! I am excited and motivated. I have 6% more body fat to lose, another 7-10 pounds and about 6-8 more inches. I am now taking 4-5 classes a week with her and I can’t wait to see the results!

“My journey with Rosie began when I went to her “LEARN HOW TO BURN BODY FAT BY EATING THE RIGHT FOODS” seminar. I learn so much about eating the right foods and how to eat right with simple recipes that don’t take long to prepare or cook. I learned how many calories I needed for me individually. Rosie supplied different varieties of foods and they were delicious. I bought some of the products she recommended and even my family liked them and eats them. I now cook foods that are lower in fat and calories and enjoy trying new recipes with my family.

After a successful experience with the seminar, my daughter and I decided to try a “BOOT CAMP” class that Rosie was offering. It was a six week class and it was just what I needed to get my butt in gear. Rosie made the class fun but challenging. We enjoyed the class and had a good time. The class had different one minute exercises and helped me to get focused and know what I needed to do to get losing. I decided to have Rosie do a fitness evaluation on me as I wanted to get into shape for summer and feel better physically.

After the evaluation, I decided it was definitely time to get serious. I was glad I was enrolled in the Boot Camp class because according to the evaluation I needed to do better for my age group and I was not comfortable with where I was. I felt really good about having the evaluation as it gave me a good starting point to compare to later. Rosie had another class that looked like it was just up my alley. It was called “ALL ABOUT ABS”, my problem area when I gain weight. So of course, I signed up and was so glad I did. I learned so many exercises and got a 20 page booklet that Rosie put together and gave everyone in the class. I use it as a reference when I go to the gym (I keep it in my gym bag) and at home.

After all the classes and nutrition seminar, I decided to have Rosie give me another evaluation after 8 weeks. I was amazed. I knew my clothes were feeling different on me and some were too big, but I didn’t realize that I had lost 13.5 inches in just 2 months. I lost body fat and was so happy! I decided that it was a great investment. We have no problem spending money on going out to dinner, manicure and pedicure, and other things to look good, but exercise and eating right is the best thing to do for our bodies and for looking and feeling good, from the inside out.

The best thing I can do for my family is to take care of myself so I am here for them for the long run. I am an ex-smoker and gained weight when I quit smoking 4 years ago and really feel that it is time to do the right thing for my body.”
